Description
SSM7 is a membrane compressed air dryer with demand-matched sweep from the SSM Series. At 100 psig and 100°F inlet it takes 18.5 SCFM of inlet air to deliver a -40°F pressure dew point; at warmer dew points the same module passes more air. The membrane needs no power and no desiccant, and the water leaves as vapor in the sweep air rather than as condensate. Fit a coalescing prefilter ahead of it - oil reaching the fibers shortens their life.
