| Refrigerated Air Dryer | Non-Cycling | 7 to 50 SCFM | 200 psig / 120°F inlet |
The HPRB Series is the current small-cabinet non-cycling dryer: seven sizes from 7 to 50 SCFM, all on 115 V single phase, all using low-GWP R513A refrigerant. The 7, 11 and 15 SCFM units carry a copper coil heat exchanger and a pneumatic float drain; the 25, 32, 42 and 50 SCFM units move to an aluminum three-in-one exchanger with an integral separator and an electronic drain. It replaces the earlier 5 to 50 SCFM cabinet series size for size and is the dryer to put behind a 2 to 10 hp shop compressor.
Non-cycling control at the smallest scale. Continuous refrigeration, no thermal mass and no controller to set up; Dew point holds at light load and at idle, not just at full flow; Power draw of 0.15 to 0.45 kW makes the always-on penalty negligible; Plugs into a 115 V outlet beside the compressor.
Built for the shop compressor. Sized directly from compressor horsepower: 5 hp piston to the 25, 7.5 hp to the 32, 10 hp screw to the 42 or 50; Wall-mount bracket kits keep it off the floor next to the compressor; Single-body bypass valve lets it come out for service without stopping the shop.

Seven cabinets in three footprints; all connections on the back panel.
The 7, 11 and 15 SCFM units share one 15 x 13 x 13 in cabinet at about 45 lb. The 25 and 32 SCFM units grow to the mid cabinet, and the 42 and 50 SCFM units to the largest, still light enough for two people to lift onto a bracket. Air in and out are on the back panel with the inlet on the compressor side, and the condenser draws room air through the front grille and discharges it out the back, so leave 12 in clear behind the unit.
The drain discharges through a short tube at the base. Run it to a condensate separator or a drain; do not let it dribble onto the floor behind the compressor. Where the dryer will hang on a wall, order the bracket kit with the dryer so the holes line up.
Confirm the cabinet size and the bracket kit for your model with the quote; the outline drawing above is representative.
